- 1 ½ cups ice
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2-3 very soft Medjool dates
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- 1.2 cup strong coffee
instructions
- make the coffee; place dates in the warm water with the coffee to soften them while the coffee steeps.
_ - place tahini, vanilla, sea salt in the blender; add coffee and dates, then ice.
_ - blend on “smoothie” setting and enjoy!
